Southside Back in the Day (SSBITD) returned for another year of community fun and upliftment! Thanks to everyone who joined us Saturday, September 5, as we celebrated Southside's history and present, reconnected, and made lasting memories together!

This year's live entertainment featured Jamela Pettiford and Just Being Me Dance Company. Also on tap were DJ Kimuel Hailey, the Starlite Band, with performances by Se'Anna Johnson and the Royal Red Hat Sabathanettes! We thank all of this year's entertainers, featured guests, sponsors, and partners for making the 17th Annual Southside Back in the Day Community Festival one to remember!

SSBITD, a one-day, multi-faceted community festival, is held annually on Labor Day weekend at Phelps Park in South Minneapolis. Let's do it again next year!
